The Powell River Cycling Association continues to promote biking in the community.
Spokesperson Chris Morwood says cycling is an excellent form of transportation that has many benefits. Morwood adds there are plenty of initiatives in the community that support cycling – including a bike library courtesy of the school district.
To celebrate Halloween – the group is holding an event for families. Morwood says there’s going to be something for everyone.
