A Comox Valley man is presumed dead after his fishing boat overturned near Kelsey Bay in the area of Sayward Thursday night.
Sayward RCMP constable Steven Thackeray says the 28 foot aluminum boat over turned at about 9 pm and there were two people on board.
Thackeray says the search continues for the 48 year old Comox Valley man. Police do not believe he was wearing a PFD, and was unable to reach the safety of shore.
