The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit says foul play is now suspected in the disappearance of an 18 year old Penelakut Island woman. Delores Brown was last seen July 27 th . Corporal Darren Lagan of the Island District RCMP says they cannot reveal publicly what led them to that conclusion
Lagan says it’s possible Brown is somewhere outside the mid-island region . He also says tips from the public are going to be vital in solving the case, and police are hoping to hear from anyone who might have any information
