A Powell River man is missing, and the RCMP are looking for your help to locate him. 35 year old Charles Yvon Mercier has been missing from his home since September 11th. RCMP Constable Tim Kenning confirmed what people were talking about on Friday afternoon
Despite an intensive ground and air search, Mercier has still not been located. Kenning says he was last seen walking along the Willingdon Beach Trail with an acquaintance. Mercier is described as a white male, 5 ‘ 6’ tall , weighing 135 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing blue jeans , a brown t shirt, light grey jacket and possibly had a backpack.
