ICBC is reminding road users to be cautious this weekend and going into this week.
Spokesperson Caroline Robinson says the combination of last night’s Halloween festivities and the time change can lead to grogginess on Monday morning.
Robinson says drivers should be checking their headlights and windshield wipers before they start off their work week to make sure they are in good working order.
Pedestrians should also make sure they have reflective clothing to ensure they are visible to drivers out on the roads.
