An iconic Canadian woman will appear on the next issue of bank notes in 2018.
Until April 15th, Canadians can visit the Bank of Canada’s website to submit nominations for the woman they think should be on the bill.
Nominees will be considered if they are a Canadian by birth, or naturalization who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, and benefited the people of Canada.
Nominations will be reviewed, and then a short list will be presented to the government.
