Huge quake rocks BC coast
So did you feel that 6.7 quake that struck the coast? It hit about 40 kilometres northwest of Port Alice at a depth of 22 kilometres according to the Pacific Tsunami Information Centre.
Our own Vista Radio morning man Cody Malbeuf says he definitely felt this quake.
Malbeuf says there was a brief evacuation tonight in Port Hardy.
There are no reports of any injuries or damage from the quake, felt at as far away as kelowna.
Several aftershocks have already been felt in the magnitude of 4 and 5.
