A man is facing charges of drug trafficking after an unusual police call.
Constable Tim Kenning says police received a call from a concerned citizen about a man passed out in a car in a parking lot on Joyce Avenue.
The man is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
