B.C’s largest agricultural export set a new record last year and is on track to set another in 2016.
This past year, the province had a 40% increase in export value.
Executive Director of B.C. Salmon Farmer’s Association Jeremy Dunn says the numbers are encouraging.
Dunn says they can’t meet all the needs of their trading partners right now, but they know it’s a great opportunity to grow.
