For the next few weeks, Powell River city crews will be doing work on Maple Street.
The work will be focused on replacing a water main in the area, with construction taking place mainly in the boulevard on the east side of the street.
As a result, single-lane alternating traffic will be in effect for residents, with no street parking available while work is being done, according to the City.
There will be disruption in water supply expected to affect residents living in the area, but city staff will notify those affected.
The work is scheduled from Tuesday, April 11th, to Wednesday, May 3rd.
