If you live around Marine Avenue and Abbotsford Street, Powell River RCMP are asking for any surveillance footage near a construction site.
RCMP say over $5,000 in tools were stolen from the construction site on May 2. They say they got the report at around 8:10 a.m., but the theft happened some time overnight.
Two Honda suitcase generators, a Topcon laser level, drills and survey legs were taken, according to officers.
Police say they asked neighbours about the incident and are asking anyone who might have surveillance footage in the area, or who might have witnessed anything to contact them at 604-485-6255.
