City council has adopted a communications strategy for 2017.
Mayor Dave Formosa says an increase in community engagement is one of the priorities for council.
Formosa says the city is also looking at enhancing its website.
Formosa adds that another initiative council has started doing is webcasting its meetings so people can view the discussion anytime online if they can’t attend a council meeting in person.
