Dry Halloween in the forecast for Powell River
Some good news for all you Trick or Treaters out there!
Despite a lengthy stretch of wet, and windy weather, its looking like the little Ghouls and Goblins won’t need their rain gear for Hallowe’en night.

Scott says it should turn out to be a fairly dry Hallowe’en night, with minimal winds.
