Conservative Leader Stephen Harper’s promise to invest $15 million dollars in restoring wild salmon habitat in BC has put the issue on the campaign agenda.
And wild salmon activist Alexandra Morton it’s one that definitely requires attention.
She says wild salmon are extraordinarily important to BC.
Morton says candidates need to include wild salmon in their platform if they’re serious about serving the needs to British Columbians.
