Local sheep that are farmed right here in Powell River by Judy Tyabji and Gordon Wilson.
And now the sheepskins, formerly thought of as a waste product, are giving Powell River even more bragging rights.
Using hand-crafted, natural methods of processing custom sheep skins, Tanned Wild and Woolly transforms raw sheep products into other local, high-quality wool products.
The grand opening is Monday from 10-5 at the corner of Manson and Cranberry.
