POWELL RIVER, B.C.-The company behind a cannabis facility being built in Powell River is merging with three other companies.
Santé Veritas Therapeutics, Baker Technologies, Sea Hunter, and Briteside will become TILT Holdings. The announcement was made on Tuesday.
Santé Veritas’ facility is being built in Townsite at the old Catalyst Paper administrative building. The company is still waiting for its Health Canada licence, which is expected to be approved this year.
The merger announcement said TILT will be involved in all parts of the marijuana industry. The company is forecasting revenue of $200 million for next year.
