POWELL RIVER, B.C. – With a 1-0 victory on the road, the Powell River Villa soccer club boosted their stock.
The win over Bays United moved them up to first place in the Vancouver Island Soccer League’s (VISL) Division 2. Jake Kenmuir scored the lone goal for the visiting team.
The squad’s next game is Saturday, October 6th against Nanaimo United at Timberlane Park.
Game time is set for 1:30 p.m.
