It’s an exciting time of year for children as they return to school . And sometimes they are not aware of the dangers that surround them. Powell River RCMP Constable Tim Kenning has this suggestion and warning to all motorists
Kenning adds that the school zone speed limits are 30 klms/per hour and are in effect from 8 am until 5 pm.
