North Island RCMP Highway Patrol confirm one person has been killed in a two vehicle collision in the Roberts Lake area, about 25 kilometers North of Campbell River.
Campbell River RCMP Constable Diane Schwager says the crashed occurred around 1 p.m. yesterday afternoon.
Highway 19 was closed yesterday in both directions due to the debris and scene investigation.
