Housing starts on the Sunshine Coast are skyrocketing.
That’s according to Fran Miller, who is a realtor with Remax in Gibsons.
Miller says the inventory of available homes is down because the sales are going up and the house prices are going up in general on the entire coast.
She adds that she’s also noticed people are moving from Vancouver to the Coast.
She says that house prices have gone up by 26% compared to last year.
