The Powell River RCMP are looking into a theft at a Tim Horton’s.
Constable Tim Kenning says a donation box was taken with around $200 inside of it.
Kenning says the RCMP are also looking into the theft of a tailgate, stolen from a 2013 silver Dodge Ram 1500 truck while it was parked in the 4400 block of Myrtle Avenue.

A Powell River driver recently caught themselves in hot water for failing to obey the rules of the road.
Powell River RCMP Constable Tim Kenning says the unlawful action caused a collision on Alberni Road and Ontario Avenue.
Kenning adds the driver of the Chrysler was issued a violation ticket for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
