At 12:01 a-m, the Final Agreement came into effect.

The treaty clearly defines Tla’amin Nation’s ownership and management of mineral, forestry, and other resources on treaty settlement lands, a capital transfer of $33.9 million, and more than 8,000 hectares of treaty land.
