Thefts at the Powell River Brain Injury Society have led to staff ramping up their security.
Executive Director Debbie Dee says that over the past 6 weeks, the Society has dealt with numerous cases of vandalism.
The culprits have broken into the greenhouse, stolen flowers and fruit from the garden, and most recently, stole a wheelbarrow.
Dee says that the community has been very supportive of the Society.
The Brain Injury Society has installed new cameras and is in contact with the R-C-M-P to stop more incidents like this from happening.
