Powell River RCMP are asking for information after a report of a man taking pictures of students at Willingdon Beach Park.
Officers say they responded to the report from Brooks Secondary that an older male with a camera and large telephoto lens was taking pictures of students during a field trip on May 19.
The man looked to be between 50 and 60-years-old with a medium build, grey hair, grey goatee and wearing a Tilley hat, according to the report.
Police say a teacher told the man to stop taking pictures, and he left riding an e-bike down Willingdon Beach Trail.
They add they looked for him, but he could not be found.
