There’s still time to enter the Powell River Public Library’s photo contest this spring, with your best seasonal shot.
There are a few rules for the contest, the picture must be taken in the city of Powell River, qathet Regional District, or Tla’amin Nation territory. It should showcase one of the four seasons, since that’s the theme for this year.
Images should be in landscape format and show a typical seasonal view.
The winning picture will be published and displayed at the Library, there’s also a $100 cash prize for the photographer. And 12 finalists will have their images published in the Library’s 2025 calendar.
