Powell River RCMP are asking for information after a vehicle was damaged at Eagle River Bridge.
Police say the incident took place at the bridge parking lot, where on August 3 the vehicle was left there after the owner suffered an injury, requiring him to take the ambulance to the qathet General Hospital.
Officers checked the vehicle at around 4:00 p.m. that day, saying it was secure and not damaged.
But between the evening of August 3 and the morning of the 4th, the driver window was smashed, all of the tires were slashed, and vulgar graffiti was spray painted on the hood, driver’s side, and rear of the vehicle.
They say if you saw anything suspicious or have information on the incident, you are asked to call Powell River RCMP at 604-685-6255.
