Be prepared to look for another recreation spot, as the Powell River Recreation Complex closes next weekend.
In a notice posted on social media, complex management says their water main needs essential upgrades, resulting in downtime.
The closure starts on August 16 at 5:00 p.m., re-opening on August 19.
They apologize for the inconvenience.
