You can learn about health and wellness through a fair running today.
The Powell River Recreation Complex has announced the 2024 Health & Wellness Fair, an event dedicated to educating you about different subjects related to health like mental health, nutrition, and medicine.
Along with presentations on those topics, the fair will also include local health and wellness vendors, a flu clinic hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health, and a chance to ask local experts questions on health.
Complex staff say the event is for free, taking place in the Complex’s Upper Foyer this Saturday, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
