Local non-profits can learn how to apply for extra funding during a webinar.
The City of Powell River has announced the Community Gaming Grants program is holding a webinar to not only show how to apply for grants, but also to discuss program eligibility.
The goal of this program is to support those looking to provide opportunities in sports and the arts, protect the local environment, improve quality of life, and enhance safety for BC.
The city says the webinar will also focus on changes to guidelines and how to use new tools after applying for funding.
The webinar takes place on February 4, running from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
