RCMP reminding partiers to be smart this holiday season

Mounties are again urging holiday partiers to not drink and drive this season.

Constable Rob Gardner says it’s disappointing to see that there are still people who choose to drink and then get behind the wheel.

Gardner notes that BC has the strictest drinking and driving laws in Canada.

Gardner says planning ahead helps to keep both you and other road users safe.

Gardner notes if you’re hosting a holiday party, it’s important to make sure your guests have a safe ride home before they leave your house.
