In a social media post, School District 47 announced registration for K-12 students is now open for the 2025/2026 school year. The registration is for elementary schools and French Immersion.
They say before registering, parents should check their children’s designated school through the Catchment Area Boundaries page and make sure your catchment school is your first choice. A school catchment is a defined area around a school.
Your second choice should be a desired school when registering, according to the school district.
They say for French Immersion, you must register before February 28.
For elementary schools in catchment enrolment, you have until March 31 to register, while schools out of that enrolment have the same deadline of March 31.
