Final advanced polls close in 2017 BC election

The advanced polls proved popular this election. The final advance poll was held on Saturday.

According to numbers from Elections BC, in Powell River – Sunshine Coast, 17% of registered voters cast a ballot over the 6 days of advanced voting.

The turnout was also strong looking at the provincial numbers overall with almost 20% of registered voters casting a ballot. General voting day goes tomorrow, May 9th.
