That’s the result of a recent impaired driver found on Texada Island, says Powell River RCMP Sargeant Rod Wiebe, who says the 33-year old man was originally pulled over for a traffic offense, when the officer discovered signs of impairment…
Wiebe says the man will be facing two charges, one of driving while disqualified, and another, refusing a breath demand.
He will appear in Powell River Provincial Court next month.
