Update: According to BC Hydro’s list of planned outages, power was restored around 8 p.m. Sunday.
Over 300 people are without power in Powell River today.
BC Hydro says crews are working on their equipment, resulting in 302 residents losing power at 8:23 a.m. West of Artaban Street, North of Marine Avenue, and South of Cranberry Street.
They say the work will run for most of the day, with power expected to come back by 5:00 p.m. tonight.
