There are expectations more workers will be needed to fill logging related jobs in the coming years.. 
and the Truck Loggers Association says it is working to get ready for that.
Executive director Dwight Yochim says they expect there to be 4700 more workers needed in the next 8 to 9 years.
He says they have created a steering committee and have a three pronged plan.
That website would connect people with information about job opportunities, trades schools and potential employers.
