Campbell River RCMP are investigating a homicide of a 39 year old woman.
Corporal Gord Hay says they were called to a home in Willow Point on Eardley Road Wednesday afternoon just after 3:30.
The 24 year old man is still in hospital, but is expected to recover from his injuries. Â Hay says his part in this incident remains under investigation.
Investigators are not saying how the victim died and no names have been released.
