Powell River Mounties are reminding residents to keep your vehicles locked.
Police have responded to several thefts from vehicles in recent days.
Sergeant Kevin Day says in most cases the vehicles were left unlocked.
Day says in one case a theft was able to gain access to the garage door opener and opened the garage of the home.
