Hundreds of people flooded the Gibsons Heritage Playhouse this week to tell their MP what they think about the proposed Woodfibre LNG project.
Peter McCartney, climate campaigner with the Wilderness Committee, who also attended the Squamish Town Hall meeting, says from what he’s seen and heard, most people are against the project.
West Vancouver Sunshine Coast Sea to Sky Country Liberal MP Pam Goldsmith-Jones says she’s taken notice of how passionate people are about the subject. But she says there are an equal amount of people who want to see this project move forward as well.
