Powell River RCMP are looking for witnesses to a break and enter at a school district property.
Officers say the incident happened between Aug. 3 at 3 p.m. and Aug. 4 at 8:15 a.m, in the 7300-block of Abbotsford Street.
An unknown quantity of construction tools were stolen from a locked compound and two district vehicles’ windows were smashed with items stolen, according to RCMP.
They say some property was recovered in a forested area.
Officers say they did neighbourhood inquiries and are asking anyone who might have surveillance footage or witnessed anything to contact them at 604-485-6255.
