City council has approved a development permit for a multi-family project on Abbotsford Street.
Mayor Dave Formosa says the 10-unit project is located in a great area to connect with community amenities. He notes the location is close to banks, the hospital, and grocery stores.
Formosa says the project checks a number of boxes on the sustainability plan for the community.
