It’s orientation day at Vancouver Island University in Powell River.
Campus Administrator Greg Cran says the orientation is held during the second week of school to include the students whose programs began this week. He says it will give students the chance to learn more about what the school offers, different campus facilities and other services at the school.
Cran says it’s shaping up to be a very positive year at VIU Powell River, with a number of new courses in the schedule for this year.
